In short: whatever you share with us through this website is used only to contact you about your request. We do not sell or share your details, we send no newsletters and we set no cookies. Here is how that works in detail.

What we collect
Only what you enter in the contact form or send us by email: your name, your email address, your company name if you give it, the type of project, your budget range and your message. We also note which language you used on the site so we can reply in it.
Our hosting provider also keeps brief technical logs, such as your IP address, the time of your visit and your browser type, to keep the site secure and available. We do not link those logs to your request.
What we use it for
Solely to answer your request and, if you want, to prepare a proposal for you. Nothing else: no newsletters, no advertising, no profiling and no selling or passing on to third parties for their own purposes.
The legal basis is taking the steps you ask for with a view to a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, for general questions, our legitimate interest in replying to your message (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Who else sees it
Only the service providers needed to get your message to us, and only on our instructions. Vercel Inc. hosts this website and processes the form. Resend Inc. delivers your message as an email to our inbox. Both are based in the United States.
We have a data processing agreement with both. The transfer to the United States relies on the standard contractual clauses of the European Commission or on their certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. They may not use your data for their own purposes. Beyond that we pass your data to no one, unless the law requires it.
How long we keep it
For as long as it takes to handle your request. If it does not lead to a project, we delete your details no later than twelve months after our last contact. If it does, we keep what is needed for the project and for our legal obligations, such as accounting.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising tools. The language of the site follows from the page address, not from anything stored on your device.
Security
The connection to this website is encrypted (HTTPS). The form checks what comes in before it is forwarded, and access to our inbox and hosting accounts is restricted.
Changes
If we change this statement, we publish the new version on this page with a new date.
Your rights
You can always ask us for:
- access to the data we hold about you
- correction of inaccurate data
- deletion of your data
- restriction of processing
- objection to processing
- a copy of your data in a common file format

If you believe we are not handling your data correctly, you can lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels).
